Today we installed a room booking & invoicing system for St. Peter’s Church. St. Peter’s is a large, popular church in the centre of Harrogate. It has a number of meeting rooms which it hires out. The aim of this project was to create a simple software program to control these bookings and ensure payment was asked for and collected.
The program was created using Microsoft’s Visual Basic and the database used is Microsoft Access. The interface was designed to look like the calendar in Microsoft Outlook, so it is familiar and intuitive.
